My Approach

I’m a warm, lively and enthusiastic individual and I bring this energy to my work. I am interested in each individuals unique challenges and feel the support each person needs is just as individual as their experience in the world. I work with young people to help them heal, understand themselves better and empower them to truly be the main character in their story.

Who I Work With

I work with young people aged 11-25 who are experiencing challenges, need a space to talk or want to shift something in their life.

What Therapy Looks Like

I work online and which means clients can receive support in a space they already feel comfortable in.

Training and Experience

I am a UKCP registered Child and Adolescent psychotherapeutic counsellor with 1500+ hours of counselling experience. I completed my post graduate training at the University of Cambridge. I completed my training placements in London schools and currently work throughout the UK with a mixture or high school and university students. I continue to extend my professional knowledge through trainings to ensure I can be at the forefront of providing impactful mental health and wellbeing support.

Working With Parents and Caregivers

When your child is struggling it can be very painful and leave you as a parent feeling helpless, confused or frustrated. With the best of intentions we can all easily become stuck in loops within family dynamics which are hard to break out of and which can leave us feeling like we are speaking a different language from those we care about the most. When appropriate and whilst keeping the young person’s best interest at the centre I can work with parents of younger adolescents to help families communicate and understand each other better.

Ready to take the next step?

Starting therapy is a big step, and it’s natural to have more questions. I’m here to help you navigate this process and see if we’re a good fit.
